Grade Two students of Joe Howe Elementary Helps Create A Time 2 B Kind T-Shirt that Will Feed Follow Students locally and then throughout Nova Scotia.

Our Tee is a design that fuses words, (we all need to hear), complemented with ideas from a brainstorming session, the grade two class from Joe Howe Elementary School on Maynard Street, Nova Scotia., had with special guest speaker,.Jessica Bowden M.S.M.  

Poverty leads to hunger and the pandemic has added even more pressure on the already struggling families and children in our communities!  But, together, we can strengthen school breakfast programs within communities, so no child sits in school hungry, says Bowden.

Proceeds from the sale of each shirt, for the month of April, will go directly to the Joe Howe Elementary School on Maynard Street, NS breakfast program.

After April, proceeds from our Time 2 B Kind tees are invested back into powerful youth initiatives - The BackPackED© 2020-2021 Back-2-School Campaign. These initiatives provide Black, Brown, and allied youth of families living in poverty with; backpacks, school supplies, youth summits, and more.
